A lockoff is a built-in feature that locks your seat belt for you. When a lockoff is present, you will not need to engage the locking mechanism of the seat belt.
A load leg rests on the floor of the vehicle and manages crash energy to reduce head injury in rear-facing carseats. It’s available on 2 convertible models. Not all vehicles allow load legs.
An anti-rebound bar (ARB) is an energy management feature that helps stabilize a rear-facing carseat and stops it from pivoting around its belt path. ARBs can be found on rear-facing only infant seats and on convertible/all-in-one seats.

CarSeatSite notes on installation: One of the changes Graco made to this carseat in updating it to meet new federal safety standards was to remove the floating ball angle indicator which allowed some variation in recline and they replaced it with a level line. This means that when rear-facing, the carseat must be at one recline only. To move the LATCH strap from RF to FF and vice versa, peel back the cover from the center of the carseat. Pull the strap into the center of the seat and slide it either up or down the metal retainer bar into the desired belt path, making sure to route it behind the harness.

Comments
Consider the belt-positioning booster portion of this carseat to be short-term solution to booster needs. The shoulder belt guide is only 1” higher than the top harness slot, which means it won’t last most kids until they fit a seat belt alone safely. It may, however, get them to a more inexpensive backless booster seat.
