The belt-positioning booster portion of this carseat isn’t long-lasting. The shoulder belt guide is the same height as the top harness slot, which means it won’t last most kids until they fit a seat belt alone safely. Use it in a pinch, but keep in mind that the shoulder belt guide in booster mode needs to be higher than a child’s shoulder.
