I’m Heather and I’ve been a Child Passenger Safety Technician since April 2001 and a certified CPST Instructor since October 2006. I’m one of the founding members of CarseatBlog.com as well as Car-Seat.org. I was the president of my local Safe Kids coalition for many years, serve on my state’s CPS occupant protection task force, and am co-owner of a company that specializes in carseat installation. My goal is teach and empower parents to use their carseats; carseats can be confusing and maddening but I have tricks to make them easier.
