Evenflo is voluntarily recalling the REO rotating carseat sold in both the United States and Canada. In performing forward-facing crash testing, Evenflo found that the headrest on the REO may move when it is set in one of the top 2 highest positions (positions 10 and 11).

This recall only affects the REO model. No other Revolve model or rotating carseat model is affected.

What Should You Do?

Until Evenflo provides a remedy, you may continue using the REO forward-facing in harness positions 1-9 or rear-facing in harness positions 1-10. You can find the harness position labels on the inside of the car seat under the cover on either side.

If you haven’t yet registered your carseat, please do so now:

United States: https://registration.evenflo.com/evenflo/us/carseats

Canada: https://registration.evenflo.com/en-ca/evenflo/ca/carseats

If your child requires the use of positions 10-11 in forward-facing mode or position 11 in rear-facing mode, please contact Evenflo’s ParentLink team at 1-800-233-5921 in the U.S. or 1-800-265-0749 in Canada, Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM EDT or by email at parentlink@evenflo.com
